[Watch] Katy Perry Delivers So-So Half-Time Super Bowl Performance

The previous three years of Super Bowl half-time shows must have spoiled me. How else can I explain Katy Perry riding in to her half-time extravaganza atop a giant CAT not making her performance an immediate win for me.

Mariah Carey Performs At The Jazz and Blues Festival, Jamaica

Looks like Mariah Carey can still bring in the crowds, having just performed to a sold-out audience at the Jazz and Blues Festival in Jamaica.

Appearing less polished than usual, the Diva went on to deliver her first live showing of 2015 in a similar fashion. With clearly lipped parts, some more embarrassingly executed than others, Mariah was not on her best form that night. She did look like she was enjoying herself, which is nice to see, but you expect a certain level of professionalism from a veteran like Carey. Her voice did sound better in parts, but the whole performance was in no way near the standard her Vegas residency will require.

Still, sample a taster of what the Elusive Chanteuse brought to Jamaica, below.

Did Jazmine Sullivan Do Whitney Houston's 'I Have Nothing' Justice? Listen And Find Out!

Finally, the release date for Jazmine Sullivan's third album, Reality Show, is within reach! Due to hit the shelves on the 13th of this month, the Diva joined Vibe magazine to give us a little taster of what to expect from those powerful pipes with a Whitney Houston cover.

The big takeaway from this was the control Jazzer has. This isn't a new revelation- we know she is a technical and emotive singer- but it's still a marvel to see a voice under such tight lock.

Watch how this Philadelphia-based Diva handles the epic I Have Nothing below.

Idina Menzel Responds to New Year's Eve Vocals : "You can't get it all right all the time"

I'm not sure how many of you watched Idina Menzel's performance of Let It Go at Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve special on ABC- I know I didn't! I did, however, read people's negative reaction to the rendition, mostly coming from the Twitter-folk.

Lady Gaga Slays 2014 With Kennedy Center Honors Performance!!!

This is why Lady Gaga will always be relevant to me, big seller or not. This Lady has raw talent!

I will say no more other than this is a cover of Sting's If I Ever Lose My Faith In You. My reaction will come via the second video.

Joss Stone Reminds us of her Awesomness @ Hootenanny 2014

Joss Stone is a singer that I love, so it's always great to see her featured on primetime television.

Paloma Faith attempts River Deep, Mountain High!!!

If there was any proof that Tina Turner was an imitable force of nature unto herself, just take a look at Paloma Faith attempting to sing the Diva's iconic River Deep, Mountain High.

[Discuss] Did Mariah Christmas Deliver Vocal Gifts or Crappy Coal To New York Concertgoers? Watch And Decide!

This site's biggest Mariah Carey stan has taken to spamming posting clips from the Diva's latest live dates, currently taking place in New York's Beacon Theatre, on unrelated posts. I would have preferred a proclamation via email, but hey, let me be grateful for the heads-up and go right along and create an area to discuss them and the show.

Little Mix Serve Vocal Harmony With "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" Cover

Silly me, I thought X-Factor winners Little Mix would have called it a day by now, three years in since their win. But nope. They're still here, looking like they're enjoying themselves and each others company- Sugababes/MKS take note!

Ellie Goulding Gives A Visually stunning Rendition Of "How Long Will I Love You" @ Royal Variety Show

Ellie Goulding was another Diva (in addition to Demi Lovato and Dame Shirley Bassey) roped into singing at this year's Royal Variety Show.

The staging for the performance of How Long Will I Love You was undoubtedly beautiful from the outset. However the song- which isn't one of my favorites- didn't pick up until the backing vocals kicked in at the two minute mark. It was at this point that Ellie did a complete U-turn for me, changing gear and imbuing the vocal with a much needed increase in emotion and skill.

Demi Lovato Brings "Let It Go" To Royal Variety Show 2014

Two Demi Lovato posts in as many days! People will start to talk if this trend persists!!

Today's post is solely about Demi- no other singers cluttering up the stage here- and her appearance at the Royal Variety Show, where she got to sing in front of British Royalty and other supposedly important people. Lucky her!

Shirley Bassey Covers "The Lady Is A Tramp" @ The 2014 Royal Variety Show

Dame Shirley Bassey is racking up these Royal Variety Show performances- this being her ninth!

Looking and sounding absolutely magnificent, the Diva owned the stage on the night in only the way a seasoned professional ever could. Singing her cover of The Lady Is A Tramp, Bassey's voice was so resonant in its sound I'm almost convinced the microphone wasn't even needed!

Ever the Lady, Shirley said of performing: "It just gets better and better. It was an honour to be a part of this year’s show and to share the stage with such great talent."

Class act!

[Watch] Demi Lovato Replaces Ariana Grande During "Bang Bang" Live Showing

Ariana Grande move over! Demi Lovato is the vocalist we really deserved for the Jessie J collaboration extravaganza that was Bang Bang. And thanks to a live showing in San Jose, CA, we finally got to hear how the song could have sounded if a punchier vocalist had taken up the reigns of the track's second vocalist.

Mariah Carey Gives Haters All They Want For Christmas With Questionable Vocals @ Rockefeller Center

I know we've gotten used to inconsistencies from Ms. Mariah Carey when it comes to the vocals delivered on any given night. But darn tooting, I was hoping the regimen of touring had whipped those pipes into a better shape than those with which she came to Christmas In Rockefeller Center with.

LeAnn Rimes Gets Festive @ CMA Country Christmas

We've come to expect the end of the year will bring about an avalanche of Christmas releases. (Wouldn't make sense at any other time of the year, really!) Already offerings have come from Idina Menzel and Ariana Grande, but today we see what the genre of "Country" can do with two live offerings from LeAnn Rimes.

Watch Lady Gaga's artRave Concert In Its Entirety

The title says it all really! Recorded in Paris, this show marked the finale of the Diva's 79 date tour. Yahoo streamed the concert live on Monday, but here it is- swears and all- for you to enjoy!

Anyone have two hours plus to spare? (I currently don't)

[Improvement] Mariah Carey Delivers Best "Emotions" Performance Of The Elusive Chanteuse Tour

Mariah Carey's The Elusive Chanteuse tour has officially ended. Though it started off rocky, vocally speaking, the Diva's voice has seen consistent improvements as she's crossed off the dates on her Hello Kitty calender.

[Watch] Divas Rock the 2014 AMAs

The 2014 American Music Awards happened yesterday at the Nokia Theater in LA. Amidst the boring award giving, there was a peppering of Divas who took to the stage to entertain and amuse.

The standout of which had to be Jessie J, who absolutely smashed it with Bang Bang. Even though she was sharing a stage with two- arguably more famous- Divas, Jessie remained unbothered, out shining both with nothing but voice and charisma. This woman was born to be on stage.

(Also, Taylor Swift takes a little bit more of my heart every time I see her getting her life at an award show. I'm worried soon they'll be no more to take!)

[Watch] X-Factor Does Whitney Houston

The X-Factor isn't something I usually watch. However, with this being the Whitney Houston Vs Elton John week (an odd pairing, no?) I thought I'd give it a go.

Thankfully, after watching the show, I wasn't in tears, flogging myself for not giving up my weekends to the alter of X-Factor anymore. Instead, I felt more secure in my decision, realising just how average most of the contestants were when there was no sympathetic backstory clouding judgment.

Rihanna Stuns At The 2014 concert for Valor

It feels like an age since I last saw Rihanna perform live. I know she's been touring and has been constantly on stage somewhere in the world, but I've never felt the desire to check out those fan-made videos. As such, I really enjoyed watching her at the The concert for Valor.
