[Watch] Sia Sings Rihanna's "Diamonds"

Sia Furler treated fans at the Norwegian-American Achievement Award ceremony (wow, there's awards for everything!) to a stripped down version of her world-wide smash hit Diamonds.

Okay, strictly speaking its Rihanna's hit, but since it was penned by the Australian it's only fair she shares in some of that success. Besides, listening to Sia's rendition it confirms that it wasn't just the lyrics that she was responsible for; with much (all?) of the vocal styling on the Rihanna version being down to her too.

[Watch] Mariah Carey Performs Live At The Rockefeller Center

Mariah Carey's voice is back and ready for action if her set at last nights tree lighting ceremony at the Rockefeller Center is to believed! Selecting a track from each of her Christmas albums, the Diva- who is now judging others on their vocal skills- made sure she brought her A-game to event. This was 100% live people, and 100% amazing!

As much as I love All I want For Christmas, this wasn't the song I was most excited about hearing. But it shouldn't be ignored because she gave one of her best renditions of it in years. There was a little tension and rasp at the top of the belted notes, but everything else was flawless; with Mariah's head voice being in particularly good shape.

[Review] Cher Returns To Music With "Woman's World"

With the music scene being so focused on dance music at the moment, it was only a matter of time before we saw the re-emergence of the Grand Dame Of Divas herself, Cher!! Having reinvented herself as the Queen of the scene in the 90's with her massive hit Believe, Cher's decided now is the right time to reclaim the dance floor, unleashing her new single Woman's World.

[Watch] Rihanna Sings Diamonds @ X-Factor (UK)

Unlike her awkward performance of the world-wide smash Diamonds for Saturday Night Live, today the X-Factor (UK) was treated to a stronger rendition of the single by Rihanna. Not only were Ms Fenty's vocals more confident than the SNL showing, but the simple staging and the beefed up backing were also much improved.

[Watch] Leona Lewis Brings "Lovebird" To Daybreak

The club sound didn't work for Leona Lewis, neither did the edgier, British inspired sound found on Trouble. So what direction does Leona turn in now for the third single from Glassheart? Back to (safer) pastures already traversed, of course !

New single Lovebird is ballad that has "classic" Leona written all over it. I'm not a fan of it, but it should resonate with those who haven't yet got their heads around her recent attempts at a new musical direction. It will also keep fans of her original sound appeased, and assure them she isn't leaving them behind. Besides, it's winter: what better season to release a ballad.

[Watch] Christina Aguilera Performs "Let There Be Love" @The Voice

Another day, another Christina Aguilera post. I should have posted this yesterday, but if I'm getting tired of all this Aguilera, I can only imagine how you guys feel. Thus, I thought I'd give you all a day off.

Once again Christina took her Lotus promotion to The Voice, this time singing Let There Be Love. I'm not sure why she hasn't realised she's wasting her time promoting here. It's clear from the sales that the millions of viewers aren't buying what she's peddling! She needs to stop being lazy and perform at other shows, hitting other demographics, if she really wants Lotus to fly.
