  2.  Hey Hannah, do you have any positives or negatives to add. You'd probably know her voice better than i!

  3. I don't...I definitely don't know much about voice and singing to have a real valued opinion. But I think the positive you posted is spot on.

  4. Didn't know anything about this chick, so just watched her 'Idol' audition - very cute. Nice that she worked out so young what style suited her (ie country) and stuck to it.

  6.  Hey Jessica, I don't use exclamations, but it does add a few extra notes to the range that I'll amend with. Thanks!

  7. She has come a long way from her American Idol days. Technically speaking, she has improved on her voice a lot. I actually think she is one of the best singers in country music right now, just needs more polish technically.

  8. I love her!! But such a small range?!

  9. Her voice is very throaty and tight sounding when she belts. I find it quite unpleasant when she belts and she belts all the time. I often find myself cringing when listening to her. She doesn't seem to know how to emote a song.

  10. If you ever get to updating this page expand her range to A5 as she hit that in one of her recent concerts while covering "sweet emotion". Here's the link

Also under pluses, it wouldn't hurt to and that she has a very versatile voice as she has tackled many genres of music live with overall success. She is also a very consistent live performer. The negatives you listed were accurate as her technique is not the best but the natural talent is amazing and improving. Great website you have here though!

  11. I can confirm that's a valid A5. Brings her to D3 - A5 now.

  13. Just saw these posts. Here is one of here performing the same song on tour but hitting a Bb5 in pure head voice at the instead. Makes her range D3-Bb5 now. I am hoping she receives some vocal training before her role in the sound of music (at the end of this year) and thus improving her overall voice and technique. Still a great natural talent nonetheless.

  16. It's around two octaves but it's two octaves of strong, quality vocals.
