Don't hate me, but I can't stand Jimmy Fallon. And as such, I had a hard time really enjoying Barbra Streisand's performance on the Tonight Show.
Singing a medley of songs from her new album Partners, the divine Diva was accompanied by the annoying host, who took the role of the "partner"she shared each song of the album version with. Despite my issues with Jimmy- he can sing, don't get me wrong- Babs radiated charisma throughout, demonstrating effortlessly that she is still an exceptional vocalist.
Hopefully this pair up with Smugface McGee will help Barbra connect with another generation, because I am not here for it for any other reason.
Edit: Opie has pointed me to a Fallon-free performance from the same night!! Check out the stunning rendition of Rain Or Come Shine. WOWIE- that voice! BLOWN-A-WAY!!
