Beyonce And Solange Get Down Together @ Coachella 2014

Do you have an urge to see Beyonce and Solange work a little choreography together at Coachella 2014? It's kinda cute! To be fair, you're not missing much if you give this video a pass- the sound quality is particularly poor. It's more about the joy on their faces than anything else.

Sisters be doing it fo' themselves...Enjoy.

Sisterly love, gotta love it. The fans definitely paid their tickets worth here haha

  2. This is cute...

  3. started off meh but got better , i feel that way about a lot of lana's music, its her acting and persona that pulls you in. i love 90% of her back catalogue so i know i will eventually love it.

my problems the video.....you go to the beach to film and you uses the same 20 seconds over and over ? strange child.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Wouldn't say it sounded "fresh" to my ears but it damn sure sounded pleasant. Only problem I have with this is the video left me undecided...is it the "gif" effect or hte gorgeousness of Lana which leave me a bit dizzy after watching it for a few minutes?

  5. I thought the same thing... but this song gives me mixed feelings... Its likes I love one part then hate another then it keeps switching as I relisten... -_-

    ReplyDelete
  6. Has anyone here heard 'Don't Be Gone Too Long' by Chris and Ariana? He only just released it, it's sorta unmixed in a way, because the verses are missing, but there is choruses and bridge. Not too impressed production wise, generic fluffy electronic dance as per usual, was hoping for a refreshing ballad or something like that. I'm seriously vibing with Ariana's vocals in this particular song, softer and more subdued (it may be positive or negative - she doesn't let her upper belts become too shrill, but also she sounds almost like a back up singer for Chris at times). I definitely hear inflections of Aaliyah in delivery, good agility, and I think there was one shortlived but incredibly pin point staccato run thrown in the last chorus. She definitely is shaking off her Mariah tone more and more, and coming to grips with having a more solid, rounder tone, rather than breathy middle register a la MC.

  7. What if Ariana teamed up with Timbaland?? HOOooooo SHIET. Her vocals over his hard beats just spell a partnership in musical crime.

  8. It's an audio video, not the real music video :)

  9. Its not the real music video, its just an audio video

  10. It's nice seeing Beyonce doing a more feminine dancing routine for once instead of the Amazonian Power Goddess twerk she normally does.

    ReplyDelete
  11. As a Beyonce fan, you gotta link me to her Amazonian Power Goddess twerking because I'd die for that. It must be on some of her newer clips from her 2014 portion of the world tour when she performed her 5th studio album? I'm slipping...

    ReplyDelete
  12. That has no bearing on the fact that this particular video left me dizzy nor on the fact that she looks gorgeous in it. :-)

    ReplyDelete
  13. Wasn't me who said this. And upon viewing the footage she didn't.

    ReplyDelete
  14. It's a video snippet. She does this: leaks just enough to keep interest. All the photos of her so far have been from that video shoot, so there's a video made. She's being smart and letting the song chart. By that time, she'll get even more than just her stanbase, as the song is currently #3 on iTunes.

    ReplyDelete
  15. As to a thousand other of her songs, I warmed up and now I can't stop *_*

    ReplyDelete
  16. i completely agree ! parts i was like "mmmm gurl yassss lana yass" and other parts i was like "noooo lana noo calm it down boo".............so yeah haha.

    ReplyDelete
  17. felt the same, it got annoying so i scrolled until i couldn't see the video and enjoyed the audio.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I love that her songs really feel like she's created a world and story that you can disappear into. Her purring seductive voice is to die for. The Queen of Coney Island has moved to the West Coast and I'm in love.

    ReplyDelete
  19. she has been in the music business for more than 11 years
of course she is going to improve
i saw her for free during her tour and her vocals are still mediocre

but lets wait for an HD televised version to show up

    ReplyDelete
  20. I wouldn't call it a "video snippet" if it is 4.17 and on her Vevo channel.
I am also not quite getting why she would release this video which means obviously filming took place, put it on her Vevo and than plans to wait till it charts before releasing the supposed actual video? What exactly would that be meant to accomplish that wouldn't be accomplished by straight away releasing the actual video?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Her voice is very generic and plain to me, but she is sanging her ass off here and I always appreciate that. The song isn't bad either. I'd buy it (given how few songs are worth buying these days).

I like it, it gives me Chris Isaac's "Wicked Games" teas realness. As always, I love her vocal production. How in the choruses the harmonies are mostly reverb, great choice.

  23. I just can't find Rihanna's voice appealing

    ReplyDelete
  24. she's only sing some parts and she still out of breath #cantsing ;)

    ReplyDelete
  25. DD I need your help haha. Leah McFall was the runner up in the Voice 2013 (not sure if you've heard of her before) and for the final, she sung a really lovely rendition of 'Loving You' by Minnie Riperton. There's a particular note she sings near the beginning at about 0.33. It's the way she sings 'Come'. There's a certain tone to it, and after she sings it the whole audience starts applauding. Can you explain what this is? Is it some sort of resonance? I would really like to know how to sing that note. Thanks heaps! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sfjFx-wMiy4

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, in regards to her tonality, Jennifer is a 'Spinto Soprano' thus she is capable of vocalizing ornate, lyric passages when required. However, more often that not, she chooses to sing within the Dramatic tangents of her voice and compromises her tonality by carrying a large amount of weight throughout all of her registers hence her poor intonation at times. Albeit, that could just be a comfort aspect nonetheless; I'm a 'Kavalier [Spinto] Baritone' and tend to feel the most at ease when belting or singing at a heavy, voluminous rate - most Spinto voices do - but the challenge for us is learning how to balance our weight efficiently. You're a 'Spinto Tenor' right?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Yes and you hit the nail right on the head. I used to think my voice sounded ungainly but its just me carrying up tons of weight. Its how malleable the timbre of a spinto is which at the same time seems like a blessing and a curse. Lol.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Primo Uomo Assoluto16 April 2014 at 18:55

For me her best vocals are in the songs she did for "Smash". "Can't let go" and "Mama makes three" really show her voice's best attributes.

    ReplyDelete
  29. If you've been in the business for more than a decade... then yes you do. I'm surprised people just took notice as her songs include more 5th octave belts and her live performances are better than what most artists give. Late bloomer I guess. You have to give her credits for that. Not every entertainer today delivers a real, authentic vocal performance. Rihanna has a perfect mix! :D

    ReplyDelete
  30. Dude, I was talking shit about her.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Rihanna aint got no perfect nun besides this long black dick in her mouth.......in my dreams anyway =/

    ReplyDelete
  32. Really doesn't matter. Love what you've got! :D

    ReplyDelete
  33. Charice tried belting out Regine's version of "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" and she sounded very weak and totally screaming to reach the terrific-high notes.

    ReplyDelete
  34. yeah shes improved but she has yet to deliver a really amazing vocal performance and she can't dance for shit so she has no excuse to not deliver great vocals

i still think her voice is way too nasal and thin

and i do think she gives better vocals than taylor swift or miley

but she still isn't at the top of the pop pyramid where beyonce and gaga sit

    ReplyDelete
  35. It sounds like a normal belt for her ( listening to the rest of the performance) but because she switches registers quickly- producing a little squeak in the process as she pushes through- the contrast makes it sounds different. There's also a slide in pitch and an increase in volume on the word "Come" which gives it that impressive- cheer inducing- sound.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I haz not heard. I'll go search it out

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'm definitely looking forward to the album if this is any indication of whats to come.

  41. How is she a virtuoso? She played instruments? Wrote songs? Yes, Whatchulookinat is SUCH a great display of her virtuosity, how could ANYBODY miss that?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Please tell me you are not still the same person?
Here's what I said " I say I don't believe the writing credits, they clearly can sing, I
lack info on in how far the harmonizing comes from the singers
themselves or some vocal coach. That combined does not at all add up to
    my saying they are ''untalented''."
Now if that leaves you still puzzled.... it means I DO think they can harmonize.
I am just not impressed with such basic harmonizing as I think I have heard better and more intricate harmonizing.
If you think saying somebody is good but not the best you heard is the same as saying somebody is "trash" or "utter rubbish", you have a little problem with either nuance or English comprehension.

I was listening to Homogenic the other day and there was a song on there that I had overlooked until the beauty of it finally hit me. That song is Unravel and everything from the strings to the simple beat makes it such a special song. The lyrics might be simple but the amount of weight they carry along with Bjork's delicate delivery of them just hits you. No wonder Thom Yorke named this as his favorite song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfFQJU9tl7g

Exactly. I know people who don't understand the arrangements of words in her songs and just call her music weird. In my eyes it is because they do not understand Bjork's talent for expressing true emotion in the simple and upfront way that she does. You are welcome.

  56. Tony Martin: All The Things You Are

A stunning but short- impromptu performance by Tony Martin, one of the greatest Male vocalists to ever grace popular music and one of my all-time favourite Male singers.

His tonality, opulent. Intonation, immaculate. Breath control/support, excellent. Phrasing, superb and use of legato, fantastic. A Beautiful and Rich Lyric- Baritone voice that possesses a sound largely unknown to/ignored by the mainstream of today.

What do you guys think of this? It doesn't have her usual power because either she's back to purging hardcore(I hope not) or she was sick(most likely). It's really super weak in the beginning, but it picks up and it has its charm and I actually love it. It's different than the recorded version, but it's more interesting.

It made me listen to the studio version a few times. I still dislike the song but I really love her performance here. I LOVE the transition from 5:10 to 5:18 . Though, it is really annoying that she's sick in ALMOST every performance.

    ReplyDelete
  66. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgIi_yVFQb4 its better than the shit she had released last year

  67. erm it sound exact copy of "infatuation" by christina, maybe that's the reason they didn't include it in the album?but yep except for this one there're two three more unreleased songs which should totally be on any of her album

    ReplyDelete
  68. Can you direct me to those other unreleased ones? DEMI is not her greatest album by far. I don't know why HWR is pushing her in the direction. It has some gems, Nightingale and Warrior are definitely great songs just as a couple of examples, but a lot of it is like they're pushing her to put out one dimensional pop crap when that's not her thing at all and she could do something more.

    ReplyDelete
  69. sure:) here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4CpXdXHlas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FLm4I0e7KyY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqSaiwC5KWM

  70. idk about you but two of these songs are my absolute favorite(except for "yes i am" it kinda suck but welp its still better than the half the stuff on her lastest albumlmao)

    ReplyDelete
  71. Her voice is obviously not in the greatest shape right now so I'm really ready for her to be done touring. I don't know that much about it, but is there any chance she could ever permanently damage her voice? I'm also ready for her to continue working on her new album because HWR is really shite and I'm hoping she'll have some more control next time around. The album has some really good songs, but HWR acts like it's completely intent on keeping her in music that's nothing but generic which is not gonna get her anywhere in the long run. If she had an album channeling something raw like her cover of Give Me Love, some of the more emotional songs that also show off vocals like Warrior or Nightingale, and songs with some of her rock roots thrown in, it'd be spectacular.

    ReplyDelete
  72. She's not back to purging again... I wish people would take into account that she's been touring almost every single night for the last 3 and a half months. Your voice tends to get tired after a while.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Yeah I know, but I'm not the kinda person who rules out every possibility. I'm the kinda person who sees every possibility. I don't personally believe she's purging again. But that is definitely the worst I've ever heard her voice. She did makeup for it with her emotion. I really wish she'd give herself a break now.

    ReplyDelete
  74. A lyric coloratura.

    ReplyDelete
  75. And there are far better better belters than Mariah in this world - open your mind.

    ReplyDelete
  76. it is a release song... it's just a bonus track.

    ReplyDelete
  77. it wasn't released anywhere except for japan, so its still count as unreleased for me

    ReplyDelete
  78. Mariah at her peak sang approximately a gazillion times better live.

And your statement is a ridiculous fallacy. Clearly, you are one of 'those' fans that delude yourself because your boo is Asian so she absolutely must upstage all others.

Guessing you support Jessica Sanchez and Charice too? You know, the karaoke machine and the Kermit impersonator? They all suck, btw. Only decent Filipino singer is Lea Salonga tbh.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Whitney's voice from her album in 1988 - songs up 1992 ~1994~? Were sublime and powerful. Pulling sales from Madonna's Blue and Mariah until Janet's Control hit - there was great competition in that group of singers for play and sales. Advised to do "The Bodyguard" Whitney went ahead. Comparisons - since her death - between her and Mariah Carey of octaves, notes, etc., would've been difficult as even age begins to take it's toll on clarity. Whitney, no doubt abused her instrument in these years, and Mariah's higher notes became larygitical - wraspy. (duet with Billy Preston - "With You I'm Born Again" in place of Syreeta who'd died.) The assessment here does both Mariah and Whitney a great service in that it dwells more on their penultimate moments and not any declination of vocal ability. Some vocals remain throughout ageing - other's don't. Before smoking was considered bad - many Diva's smoked and their ends - depending on the reliance upon head, chest, diaphramic belting - can be found in their biopics. Which ones made out better is a matter of taste, style and ability.

    ReplyDelete
  80. She tried carrying far too much weight up there, and when you feign such volume that's beyond your tract's capacity you tire out the folds much quicker than normal and the sound comes out feeble and unstable. Charice's voice is medium-ish. She's a Lyric by nature so it can't handle that amount of pressure. Regine tends to screech a bit too, but her instrument is actually big so she can handle it.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Sasuke Uchiha4 May 2014 at 20:51

No, she isn't. Her agility in complex melismatic formations and passages isn't as fluid or accurate to be deemed a virtuoso in the Coloratura Technique. Her agility is decent for a Lyric but in no way does it meet or exceeds the standards of a Coloratura to be branded one...ever. She doesn't need to be one, though. She has a phenomenal voice and that's all that matters. Fluidity in the Coloratura or lack there of doesn't make anyone less talented. She is without question a talented woman. Her voice is out of this world.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Jessica Simpson prior to her Sophomore album and even her debut had a very healthy voice with beautiful technique. Her placement wasn't throaty, she supported and projected the sound via proper utilization of her Diaphragm. Her tongue position was solid, her larynx was stable and she achieved excellent resonance that projected the sound all throughout the area without the aid of a Microphone. After that era she began abusing her voice which tired out her chords. Her placement was throaty. Now her voice is reduced to nothing. It's definitely evolved to a smaller voice post abusive era. However, prior to that it was a medium-sized instrument. Regine's voice isn't tiny either. She tends to scream but she doesn't have to push as hard as someone like Christina to generate a fairly medium to large column of sound. Her tract can handle that type of volume, although through the years the constant improper use and throatiness fatigued the hell out of her folds. Sometimes she sang with freedom but not a majourity of the time, so now it's a bit scratchy. However, innately that's not a tiny voice at all.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Yes, the way she's been singing it would seem as though she's inflicted heavy damage on her folds, unfortunately. She was once able to ring and now it's nearly impossible for her. All that throatiness, suppressing her larynx. What good could possibly come of it? In the long term it will settle in and deter her from utilizing her voice to its fullest. So sad because she's someone I consider to have an awesome voice. Oh well.

    ReplyDelete
  84. These 4 songs are excellent demonstrations of what she's capable of and further indications of her voice's true potential. A strong, round sound in the mid belts and a pure sound in the upper register with plenty of squillo. Her tonality is consistent, it doesn't shift. She has the chest-dominant mix. Her timbre is naturally warm. This is how she should always sound IF she's singing properly. Innately, the true designated course of her voice's maturation once fully evolved is Full Lyric Soprano. However, if she continues her current vocal trend she'll have completely ruined her voice. It isn't too late for her to improve. She has an amazing voice, I just hope she taps into its essence soon before it disappears. This genre od music best fits her voice, too.

why can't she sustain high note now. well she can hit it but she cant sustain it

    ReplyDelete
  91. yes it is possible that her voice is permanantly damaged but it's also possible to regain what she's lost. she NEEDS to go see a vocal coach ASAP. Demi if you ever read this, GO SEE A VOCAL SPECIALIST ASAP. she doesnt rest her voice, and her poor techinque lately has ruined her ability. it seems as if her range took a hit after her Upper Respritory Infection.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I think the effect of chronic smoking needs to be taken into more consideration when gauging female voices. Inflamed vocal cords and the pulmonary supression of tar can give them darker tones and sometimes an artificial but mildly pleasing lower end (e.g. Lana Del Rey/Early P!nk/Adele prior to surgery). Aretha Franklin's "G2" , while strong, sounds purely smoker's voice-- harsh and brash as opposed to full and round like a real lower voice.

IMO, Ms. Houston was a soprano, but she took on a kind of operatic tenor quality when belting that gave her voice a bolder sound that could be confused for a mezzo's upper register. But her early head voice is that of a true soprano's, perhaps even in the classical sense. She was also able to maintain a soprano tessitura with a mix with little leffort (see "Hold Up The Light").

While she did have a wavering jaw at times, you can see other times where her jaw is relatively neutral, while managing a respectable vibrato. She approached mixed voice from the same classical-like routes as Celine and Mariah but from the opposite end--adding more chest to mix.

This gave her an uncanny ability to maintain soft and sultry lines that could swell up to a surprisingly powerful phrase or ad-lib and back down with amazing dexterity."Don't Cry for Me" live shows this aspect very well; she goes from a near faint but resonant middle to somehow a vocal invocation of Patti Labelle. However, her voice was largely done once she elected to use substances for decades, especially ones that are inhaled and hot.

At the end of her career, it could even be argued that her voice had changed into a contralto due to her habits. Having a good musical ear, she navigated the alto range ("I Look To You," which could be a Brandy tack) instead of trying to capture her best moments in studio, only to lip live. But the drugs destroyed that soprano before 2k, and it just slowly died with her, sadly.

  93. I would have to agree. Ive heard her go for 20 seconds too.

  94. Pat Jun Ngaseo22 May 2014 at 06:34

even if she isnt the highest voice, her voice is truly one of the best voices in the world

    ReplyDelete
  95. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtAoIX4698M if you listen to her belting a G# you will notice it gets harder for her to hit and she requires a slightly less controlled mixed voice. also, when you mix you are pulling your chest and head voice together into one sound. this can weaken as you ascent higher into the mixed voice which causes you to lose one side or the other weakening it and becoming more head voice which is light and airy on its own.

    ReplyDelete
  96. the defining energy of her voice is the velvet sound that comes from being slightly weighted. yes there are dramatic sopranos, but she was not one of them. if you lsten to her head voice it was also weighted as well. this is a common occurrence in dramatic mezzo sopranos, not so much in dramatic sopranos. she begins to mix her voice a great deal more with her head voice as G#. the defining feature of a mezzo soprano is the lower extension and their comfort with singing in the middle half of their range. her mid range is where her grace and beauty shine within that voice of hers. the mid range is the defining facet of a mezzo sorpano, they are capable of much broader strokes and still be as swift as a soprano but a soprano she is not. sopranos sing with the upper section of their voice with ease, this is where their power is but her power was always in her mid range. yes her head voice was lovely and capable but her mid range is where her power was and it was what made her voice unique.

to anyone on the comments of this article please stop making this a personal debate. despite the fact that there are facts regarding singing we are talking about pop music which has failed to merge the use of technical terms with it. you cannot simply call one a soprano or mezzo soprano out of instinct or facts. it is opinion based and you must accept that there is nothing more you can do but present your argument. wisdom is not assuming you are right, wisdom is accepting the fact that the other opinions are just as valid and you must simply allow them to exists. they cannot harm you, so stop being so damned defensive.

  97. Somewhat agree with "theitfactor" on a couple of things. Whit's smoking habits are largely ignored by the general public. It is a fact (per her autopsy) that she did suffer from emphysema, as a result of years of smoking. There are reports of her smoking as early as IWDWS.
She also wore false teeth later in her career, which had a noticeable effect on her diction. She had a lisp when talking and singing. I also noticed her tone was far more nasal than before but can't say for sure if that was a result of false teeth or some other factor.
I disagree that Whit was ever a soprano. Singing in a soprano range does not necessarily qualify one as a soprano.
Lastly, I don't understand the arguments over the term "soprano". Being mezzo does not make her voice any less amazing than it was.

  98. She actually is a very proficient piano and organ player.

    ReplyDelete
  99. That is damn impressive for a long dead corpse.
Or are we speaking of the kind of "very proficient" Taylor Swift according to her fans is on Guitar and Banjo?
Either way..a "virtuoso" is considered a level a couple of steps beyond "very proficient".

  100. Just look at her in this pic. Ever feature on her face is proportional. Her voice was as beautiful as she was. Man, I wish we still had her :(.

    ReplyDelete
  101. LOL Stan Alert! Her face is actually is neither perfectly proportional nor symmetrical.

  102. Btw here she is at only 42 years old. Not my idea of a beautiful woman.

  104. LOL I don't think that is all that much better. She looks "under the influence" and old beyond her actual years(46).

  105. "Singing in a soprano range does not necessarily qualifies one as a soprano." Back at square one. If the range is not a tie breaker, what about her timbre? Is it mezzo or soprano? i'm dying to know! :D

  106. For one, it is my belief that no one ever truly "dies". Her body (like everything else) will be recycled back into the earth and other organisms eventually. Energy (consciousness in this case) cannot be created nor destroyed. I do believe she is very much alive and has transitioned into another form. As I believe is the case for everyone else who has parted with their previous physical form, which really is only a container.

So yes. Whitney is a very proficient piano and organ player.

Also just so you know...... I was only responding to Chimp's question, in which he/she asked if Whitney played any instruments. I made no comment about the term "virtuoso".

However I will go on record to say that Sasuke wasn't out of line by labeling Whitney a virtuoso, as the only requirement by definition is to excel in musical technique.

  107. well at least she has a good smile. i think smiling can really brighten up the face. haha :p

    ReplyDelete
  108. I think you have strange taste LOL
But it wasn't really about whether one likes Whitney's looks.
My response really was about false claims of "proportional" features.

  109. 5 steps below. She was very pitchy, flat on several notes, and sharp on several notes. That is NO WHERE CLOSE to Whitney

  113. hi just wanted to ask if you could make a post about Korean male singer Kim Jaejoong because people claim he has Whitney's range? They say he's 3 Octaves. A2- C6 is this true/possible?

  114. I like that she's sounding more and more fierce. And her more "mature" music has been long due with her sassy brassy pipes and her attitude. I personally love the song, and I can't wait for her next album, which she said will be more upbeat with soulful dance vibe.

I think when powerful, established singers take a long break between albums and come back, it's always really good. Because they definitely have had the time to live out experiences and really just immerse themselves into inspiration, as well as not feel rushed to give everyone what they want.

  115. Vocals sound clean and stronger than ever. Even though it's not the hardest song to sing. But she sounds really good, I guess I'll wait for a clearer audio to determine if she had a tracking playing those "oh oh" head notes in the end of the chorus tho.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Well I think this is just more fun and casual, more Solange's style than Bey. And I kinda like the Power Goddess thing, because not a lot of people can go hard like she does and I kinda live for it.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Yeah, Rihanna would be way better suited than that thot who was singing. Her voice made me wanna reach through my computer screen and molly whop her ass. I did like her vibrato though :)

  118. Lana is like Sade to me; both of them have voices that blend perfectly with the music, even if it's at times pitchy (Lana). She sounds great with her jazz-delivered crooning over a trippy beat. The song has so many vocal layerings that it most likely won't be done must justice live.

I like how she didn't go straight for Paradise/BTD sound. She expanded just enough to be signature Lana but with the King's new clothes :-). Love it.

  119. wow!!! great job!!! claiming they didn't write any of their songs w/out any informed knowledge!!! they totally did not write their songs!! yup!!

MKS are very good, but no need to put down little mix for it, buddy!!

    thanks for being rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(:

  120. oh c'mon... i know it's weird that it's been a year, but honestly, don't criticize LM. you keep sounding like a total hypocrite; saying they can harmonize, but then saying again that they cannot? Little Mix are very talented singers and the way you are putting them makes them sound like complete rubbish, (which they are not). i'm not saying that they are the best, but you are putting them down like they are trash compared to other artist. -b

  121. Thank you. :)

  122. Am I supposed to be impressed? She doesn't sound as good as Mariah if that's what you're implying.

  123. It's 3.2 Octaves, as written on the profile. It was calculated correctly. How about you read thoroughly next time.

  124. A2 to C6 means 3 octaves? Caculate again

  125. ....WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....yikes lol

Not even going to make mention of his voice as it's irrelevant, but yes, Regine has an extraordinary voice. I think Monica has an awesome voice and is technically the better "singer" but I believe the person who possesses the better voice of the two is Regine unquestionably. SoHyang? Amazing woman, amazing voice and singer. As for who's instrument I believe to be the stronger and overall greater of the two? Regine. Vanessa, her voice should be illegal. It's hard to say who's voice I believe is better of the two because they've both got stellar ass instruments on them. Vanessa is a powerhouse with impeccable technique. Most people squeeze the living hell out of their throats and stuff to achieve the gritty/raspy-ish sound yet she does it so effortlessly with no sign of strain whatsoever. She's incredible, but so is Regine. They've both got awesome feats. If I chose a victor in terms of voice maybe it's Regine, but it's no walk in the park for her when it comes to Vanessa.

But yes, I can't get over how someone is able to do what Regine can do. Her voice is out of this world. People can say what they want about her singing, that it's incorrect and shouty, but it takes one hell of a voice to pull of the feats she can.

    Paper thin= Ariana Grande
    Whiny prostitute= Demi Lovato lol
