Have you ever had that experience where you don't realise how much you've missed someone or something until it's in front of you again, reminding you of its existence? Well, I've just had that happen with the super talented Jessie Ware.
The London Diva has returned with the quietly beautiful Tough Love, and I am enamored with it. From its production to Jessie's voice to the song's lyrics, this track is working for me on all levels. If it wasn't for Lana Del Rey's Ultraviolence currently jamming up my speakers, I would now be going on a Jessie Ware gorge, re-consuming her back catalouge like a hungry, hungry hippo.
Oh well, I guess one more listen of Tough Love will have to suffice for tonight. Then its back to Lana.
