[Watch] Brandy Sins By Singing On The Train

Having to share air and personal space with others, while trapped in a giant metal container hurtling through a tunnel under the damn ground is awful enough. Add someone trying to do anything but sit quietly and get from point A to B in the least bothersome fashion possible, and you have the makings of a nightmare scenario for me.

And as it turns out, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Watch as "Vocal Bible" Brandy gets pretty much ignored as she subjects her fellow prisoners passengers to her talent.

Footage Of Amy Winehouse Recording "Back To Black" Surfaces

A new film about Amy Winehouse's life has gone down a storm at the UK box office, having enjoyed the highest ever opening weekend for a British non-fiction film. Despite her own father objecting to the film, it is currently also critically acclaimed, holding an impressive 83% over at Metacritic.

The Power Of Patti Heals K. Michelle & Tamar Braxton Rift @ 2015 BET Awards

K. Michelle isn't a Diva I'm that familiar with (I feel like I've said that before). What I do know about her is that she and  Tamar Braxton have had some kind of spat recently. But being the grown woman that they are, they've buried the hatchet -just as publicly as they fought- under the watchful eye of Dame Diva Patti Labelle at this year's BET Awards.

Who says these showbiz types aren't like us regular folks!

Ariana Grande Rocks "I'm Every Woman" and "Vogue" Medley @ NYC Pride

You've been hired to perform at New York's Gay Pride this year, so what would be a sure-fire way to get everyone on your side from the get go? Do a Whitney Houston/ Madonna medley, of course!

Leona Lewis Brings "Fire Under My Feet" To The Palladium

Leona Lewis' emancipating anthem, Fire Under My Feet, got a pretty decent reaction when it was released on YouTube last month. However, though fans and critics have made their approval known, support from radio hasn't been so forthcoming. But that's not stopping Leona, who is out promoting the single- which is released this week.

Was it another offering of iffy vocals (like she's been guilty of delivering over the last few year[1/2]), or was the Diva's voice finally back in fighting-fit form? Take a listen to her first big performance of the song at Sunday Night At The Palladium and decide for yourself.

Kelly Clarkson Covers "B*tch Better Have My Money" For Radio 1's "Live Lounge"

I LOVE Kelly Clarkson for doing this! Maybe even more so than I did for her covering my beloved Mariah Carey.

Rihanna's B*tch Better Have My Money managed to smother all my good senses and worm its way into my affections after its release a few months back. And it warms my soul to know it managed to do the same thing to powerhouse vocalist Kelly Clarkson! I mean, she has Jesus on her side and still couldn't resist! What hope did I have?!

[ Full Set ] Rita Ora @ Radio 1' Big Weekend 2015

God loves a trier, so Rita Ora must be the favourite of all of his Earthly creations.

[Full Set] Taylor Swift @ Radio 1's Big Weekend 2015

Initially I thought to myself: Taylor Swift at a festival!? How is she not going to get booed (and quite possibly bottled) off the stage? But then I remembered, this is a festival being put on by Radio 1....say no more, right?

[ Full Set ] Florence + The Machine @ Radio 1' Big Weekend 2015

Florence + The Machine are once again on the festival trail, building hype for their third LP, How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful.

Tori Kelly Impresses With "Nobody Love" @ 2015 Billboard Music Awards

No idea who Tori Kelly is.

I think some of y'all have mentioned her to me in the Free For All Friday posts, but she has only vaguely stuck to my Teflon coated brain. This performance right here though, makes me think I should be paying more attention to this Diva.

Kelly Clarkson Belts Out "Invincible" @ 2015 Billboard Awards

Kelly Clarkson can always be relied on to bring the vocals when she gets on stage. So much so, I don't really know what to say about her rendition of Invincible at the 2015 Billboard Awards. Specifically, I did enjoy how raspy her voice sounded here, with the chesty belts (which I thought were going to flop at one point) and head notes at and after 2.55 being pretty impressive.

Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears Lipsync For Their Lives @ 2015 Billboard Awards

Whoever is currently medicating Britney Spears is doing a bang up job! I almost believed she was a real girl watching her strut and work the stage with Iggy Azalea at this year's Billboard Awards .

[Say What?] Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande Duet On "Don't Dream It's Over" Cover

Wait, whaat?! When did this even happen?!

Miley Cyrus and Ariana Grande appear to have teamed up to record a backyard session for something called The Hippie Foundation (!?). It wasn't even one of their own songs they covered, nor was it something scandalous, sexual or contemporary! It was Crowded House's Don't Dream It's Over that got a double Diva remix. An odd choice from such young whippersnappers.

[Listen] Mariah Carey Smashes Whistle Notes In Secret Recordings From Caesar's Palace Rehearsals

Some jammie dodger has only managed to sneak out audio from Mariah Carey's rehearsals for her upcoming residency at The Coliseum at Caesar's Palace.

I don't even want to hear people claiming these whistles are lipped!

Particularly telling of their authenticity is hearing her slide into one of the notes at 3.34. Sure, the belts are sounding heavy and slightly cumbersome, but hey, I'd rather have live and rearranged renditions than lipped and delusional feats of fakery. That's not to say I think Mariah can't still hit those notes. It's just those great vocal days are rare. Although, maybe she's purposely keeping the high/mixed belts under wraps, since it's only a rehearsal. Not long to find out either way.

[Watch] JLo Tributes Selena With Medley @ Latin Billboards Awards

What's the consensus? I can't remember if we decided to let Jennifer Lopez into the "Divas that can sing well" camp. Remind me, will ya.

If you're still undecided on this extremely important issue- as I am- then maybe this video is for you. She already performed a straight out vocal piece on American Idol this year (and by that I mean there was no dancing to distract or excuse the singing). But here, at The Latin Billboard Awards, the Diva spiced it up by delivering both ballads and uptempo numbers in a medley of songs that paid tribute to murdered star, Selena Quintanilla. #versatile.

Miranda Lambert sings "Mama's Broken Heart" / "Little Red Wagon" Medley @ 2015 CMAs

I literally have one foot out the door, but I thought since I'd posted on Christina Aguilera's CMA performance, it would only be fair to let you watch Miranda Lambert's Mama's Broken Heart / Little Red Wagon medley, too.

Christina Aguilera Duets With Rascal Flatts @ 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards

If you're a fan of Christina Aguilera's heavier, darker timbre, you're going to love the Diva's performance at the 50th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards.

[Watch] Ariana Grande Covers Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing" (Again)

We've officially now seen latest vocalist on the block, Ms.Ariana Grande, successfully cover the Holy Trinity of Divas. ( She's actually done this previous to now, but since I've started the train on this track, I'm going to roll with the flawed narrative anyway.)

[Watch] Faith Evans' Powerful Cover of "Be Free" @ Black Girls Rock

Bloody hell, I love Faith Evans' raspy voice.

Taking to the stage for BET's Black Girls Rock, the Diva put her own spin on J.Cole's politically conscious Be Free. Though it only lasted a meagre two minutes, I can't even complain. The rendition was so honest and open that its important message was served perfectly in the allotted time.

Destiny's Child Resurrect For Easter Performance of "Say Yes"

Destiny's child were reborn this weekend for a surprise rendition of Michelle Williams' Say Yes at the 30th Annual Stellar Award.
